I don't have a digital copy of my prescription — what do I do?
WhatsApp us a clear photo of your prescription slip, or share your optician's name and city and our team will help verify it.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Most single-vision orders ship within 5–7 working days. Progressive lenses may take 8–10 working days.
Can I return glasses if the power feels off?
Yes — we offer a 14-day power-check guarantee. If your vision isn't comfortable, we'll remake the lenses free of charge.
